2026 Schedule of Fees

If the Association does not receive full payment of an Assessment by January 31st, the Association may levy a late fee per month and/or interest at the highest rate allowed by applicable usury laws, then in effect or what is specified in the association governing documents, on the amount of the Assessment from the late date therefore until paid in full. Late fees will be added as follows:


-HOA Dues …………..................... $550.00

-Transfer Fee ……….................... $375.00

-Capital Contribution ........ $500.00

 

-Late Fee (March 1st) - $50.00

-Monthly Late Fee After March: $10.00


Violation Fees  

(1st Offense) - $50.00

(2nd Offense) - $100.00

Reminder:

All Lots in Kelsey Park must have at least two trees in the front yard, except for Kelsey Park Estates which must have three trees in the front yard. All Lots throughout the Kelsey Park HOA must have the Air Conditioning Compressors visually screened from Street view. All plans for each construction project must be submitted for ARC approval to info@HawkizeMgmt.com before any construction on your property is initiated.
