Orchard Park
Orchard Park is a luxury neighborhood on the south side of Lubbock. Orchard Park is located east of Quaker between 106th street and 114th street and west of Memphis Street. An upscale located within the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School district.  Construction of Orchard Park began in 2008 with homes exhibiting affluent luxury styles of brick and stone exteriors, open concept interiors with high ceilings, hardwood and tile floors, and granite counters. Homes are generally in the four hundred thousand to one million dollar range and price per square foot average around $150. Prices in this range make Orchard Park one of the more exclusive luxury subdivisions in Lubbock.

Annual Dues: $1,000.00

Transfer Fee: $300.00

Initial Late Fee (February 1st): $50.00

Monthly Late Fee: $10.00

Collection Fee: $250.00

Monthly Accrual Rate: 18%

REQUIRED TREES IN FRONT YARDS FOR ALL ORCHARD PARK LOTS
- Lots 1-137 - Each Lot must have 2 trees and shall be at least 3 ½ inches in caliper.
- Lots 138-203 - Each Lot must have 2 trees and shall be at least 3 inches in caliper. 
- Lots 204-245 - Each Lot must have 2 trees and shall be at least 5 inches in caliper.
